Driving Directions to Lindenwood:

From the intersection of I-70 and I-270, drive west on I-70 across the Missouri River. It is a huge bridge, so you will notice it.

Exit I-70 at the second crossing road after the River. The exit you want is Exit 228. As you approach that exit you may notice the green highway sign announcing Lindenwood University. The crossing road you want is called First Capital and is also called Hwy 94.

Go right on First Capital. You will immediately see the St. Charles water tower. There will be an electric stoplight immediately after the water tower. Go straight at the stoplight.

Then you will begin to see some of the red brick buildings of Lindenwood on your left. Continue on First Capital through the next stoplight where First Capital makes a right, but you will continue straight and be on Kingshighway. You will be passing the Lindenwood campus on your left. Go to the very next stoplight (Watson is the street to the left at the intersection, Jefferson is the street to the right). Make a left onto Watson.

By this time you have gone halfway around the Lindenwood campus. The first major building on your left as you go up Watson is Young Hall, where physics is located. Young hall is a four-story high brick building. The street crossing Watson nearest Young Hall is Houston Street.

Parking is permitted anywhere on the campus except for reserved for the handicapped. Please observe the signs along Watson that say parking is prohibited on the right hand side of the street (the side away from the university).

The Visual Quantum Mechanics sessions of SLAPT will be in Young Hall on the third floor (room 306).

If you prefer using Yahoo Maps, Young Hall is located at the intersection of Watson and Houston Streets in St. Charles, MO, but Yahoo Maps shows a different shape for First Capital. The University has re-routed First Capital recently.
